At Inspired Homes by Cricket, we believe shipping should be simple, transparent, and kind to your handcrafted treasures. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and deliver joy to your doorstep.

📦 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasonal launches, processing may take slightly longer—but we promise it’s worth the wait.

🚚 Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping on all handcrafted items from our Lush & Laurel Co. Brand to protect their beauty and get them to you securely. 

• Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on item type and destination
• Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders over $150 (before tax and discounts)
• All other shipping rates are determined by the carrier in accordance with the shipping address and time of year and speed in which you wish it to arrive.

🌍 Shipping Zones

We currently ship within the continental United States. If you're outside this area and would like to place an order, please contact us directly at customercare@inspiredhomesbycricket.com.

📬 Delivery Estimates

• Standard Ground: 3–7 business days
• Expedited options may be available upon request

🎁 Packaging & Care

Each item is packed with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. We use recycled and reusable materials whenever possible, and we inspect every item before it leaves our fulfillment location.

🎖️ Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
We proudly ship to U.S. military families stationed abroad via APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Most items are eligible for delivery, and we’ll always make the effort to send a little seasonal magic wherever it’s needed. Handcrafted or oversized pieces may require special handling and additional shipping costs if going overseas—but if it can be packed, we’ll find a way to get it there.

📸 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can make it right.
