In the heart of Laurel Lane, they say Hamish Tartan once straightened every bow on the village garlands before sunrise—and that his lime-green polka-dotted scarf has never once blown out of place. He wears his stovepipe top hat like a badge of honor and walks with the quiet pride of someone who’s memorized every verse of every carol.
At his side is his sister Nollaig Bluebell, sweet as mulled cider and just as warming. Her Santa hat tips to the left (never the right), and her red-and-blue striped scarf is knotted with purpose—as though it’s been tied by candlelight.
